Jolyon Palmer has been handed a 20 second time penalty following today's (Saturday 11 May) GP2 feature race in Barcelona after a post-race investigation by the stewards.

Palmer was handed a drive through penalty after being judged by the stewards to have squeezed Sam Bird off the circuit in the closing laps of the race, which was translated to a 20 second time penalty post-race. As a result Jolyon loses his hard earned third place and has been re-classified in 10th.

Jolyon will now also start tomorrow's sprint race from 10th place on the grid.
