Jolyon Palmer will take part in next week's GP2 test at Barcelona - rejoining the iSport team he ran with during this year's main series.

The 21-year-old Brit will only drive on the second of the two-day test on 30/31 October, partnering Norwegian Auto GP racer Pal Varhaug and Argentine Facu Regalia, who has raced in European F3 and GP3.

Jolyon said: "I'm pleased to be back testing again with iSport at Barcelona. I will be doing one day in which I hope to work on some areas that we need to improve on from this year. We have a good run planned and I think we should have a very productive test."

iSport Team Principal Paul Jackson added: "It is always interesting when you have new drivers in the team, to see how they work with the engineers and how you can help them develop, so this test will let us see how these two young drivers shape up against Jolyon."

GP2 winter testing takes place on 30/31 October in Barcelona, Spain, with coverage on Jolyon's official website. Live timing will not be available.
