Jolyon ends morning test session 19th after productive first day

Jolyon Palmer finished 19th in this morning's (Wednesday) session at the official GP2 test at Barcelona, carrying on his impressive form from day one.

After ending the first of two days of testing in an impressive ninth position overall on Tuesday, the British racer recorded a best time of 1:30.640s around the Spanish circuit in the first session of day two, doing so towards the end of his 28-lap run.

Speaking after the test session the 20-year-old, who enters into his first season in the Formula One feeder-series this year, said: "I encountered problems with traffic this morning which cost us a set of new tyres.
