Maxime joins FPA after two seasons of racing on the
continent in Formula Renault. He scored one pole position and three
podiums during his debut campaign in single-seater racing, on his
way to finishing seventh in the final standings of Formula Renault
Campus France.
The 17-year-old graduated to Formula Renault 2.0 WEC
last year, but endured a challenging season. He has now moved to
the UK with his brother Julien, who will be competing in the 2009
FIA Formula Two Championship - a series that Maxime also hopes to
contest in 2010.
